Delivery Areas

• Delivery is available across Egypt.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and external factors.

Delivery Process

• Our courier will contact the customer prior to delivery to confirm availability.

• Please ensure that the provided address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Inspection & Acceptance

• Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery before acceptance.

• If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a delivery fee of 80 EGP will be charged.

Failed Deliveries

• In case the courier is unable to reach the customer or deliver the order due to incorrect information, additional delivery attempts or fees may apply.

• Raxen is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier-related issues or force majeure.
