Refund Policy

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the size tag attached.
Requests submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.
Any item that is damaged or missing its tag is not eligible for return or exchange.
Only one process per shipment is allowed: either a return or an exchange.

In case of a return, the customer bears the round-trip shipping cost, which is approximately 160 EGP (80 EGP per direction), even during free shipping periods.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees resulting from a return or exchange.
During free shipping promotions, customers must cover the round-trip shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, an 80 EGP fee will be charged.

Requests for both a return and an exchange are accepted only if the shipment contains more than one item.

Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Raxen provides a free replacement with no additional shipping fees.
Such issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
