- Delivery within Greater Cairo: 2–3 business days.
- Other Egyptian governorates: 3–5 business days.
- International orders: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are allowed, but exchanges are not permitted.
- Size or product exchanges are not accepted. If you need a different size, request a refund via DMs, and if available, reorder from the website.
- Mixed orders are not allowed when they include two identical items in the same color for trial purposes.
- Refund requests must be made within two days of receiving the order. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- You may inspect your order when the courier arrives; if unsatisfied, return it immediately and cover the shipping fees.
- Please receive or return the full package only.
